Bad intentions
in sin soaked
stagnant pond
Lurid
invitations
dazzle -
guzzle,
gamble
drink,
debauch...
illicit felicity,
fun and frolic
unfurled in
neon netherworld

denizen

forward

at pallid promises -

glows gaudy
Firefly flits,
points pathway
to reality,
to civilized
enlightenment
In rear-view
mirror
Babylon
burnishes
fainter,
ever
